Danage-Auflagen für den Second-Chance Modus

Target for mode: "Second Chance"

It was not easy to find a date for this year´s Berlin Open archery event, but we hope we were able to meet the majority’s requests. It turned out to be very difficult to find a date since we had to take dates for nationwide events, as qualifications for the national championships, as well as other sports events at Sportforum Berlin into account. In addition international competitions like the indoor competition in Singapore are coming up in the beginning of December 2011.

On a national level we did a survey in different online archery forums to find the best date. Unfortunately we could not meet everyone´s demands, but most participants supported a date close to the Christmas holidays. This date also seem to suit most international archers. In this way we finally agreed to organize the event on December 16th to 18th 2011 in the grand hall of the Sportforum Berlin.

Danage-Auflagen für den Second-Chance Modus

Berlin-Open sponsed by Win&Win,
Mr. Park Kyung Rae, Head Coach for
Korean National Archery Team 1984-91

Thanks to the success of the 2010 Berlin Open, Win&Win agreed to become our main sponsor again. We are also happy to announce that most archers who attended last year´s event liked it and plan to shoot again in this year´s Berlin Open 2011. We do hope that not only the charm of Berlin but also the skillful organization of the event convinced them to return. Due to many positive responses we also hope to welcome even more archers this year, especially the international elite. In this way we want the Berlin Open to become a forum for archers from all levels.

Although we offer 500 starting positions, we expect many national and international participants. The application process has already started and so we urge you to apply as soon as possible, since we have already started organizing the Berlin Open 2011.
